Orders & Payments
• All orders are subject to availability. As our products are vintage and often one-of-a-kind, once a shirt is sold it may not be restocked.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• We accept secure payment methods at checkout, including major credit/debit cards and approved payment services.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all billing and shipping details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
• We offer both domestic and international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• On the Ball Vintage is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide correct shipping addresses. We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect address input.
Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the unique and rare nature of vintage items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is not as described or arrives damaged.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).
• Refunds will be processed within 2–10 business days once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
